Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how BubStudio ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the mobile game SlaveFrog and related online services.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you sign in and use the game, we may collect or process:
- Account identifiers, such as a Nakama user ID, Google Play Games player ID, Facebook app-scoped ID, or device identifier.
- Profile information provided by login services, such as display name and avatar URL.
- Game progress and multiplayer data, such as ELO rating, level, XP, match results, role history, leaderboard records, active match state, and room data.
- In-game preset chat or emote actions that you choose to send during matches.
- Technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP address, server logs, device/platform information, app version, and connection status.
- Ad-related data if optional ads are enabled or shown, such as ad requests, ad interactions, device advertising identifiers, and basic device information handled by the ad provider.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and maintain your game account.
- Run online multiplayer matches, matchmaking, reconnect/resume features, rankings, and game progression.
- Show your display name, avatar, score, level, and role information to other players in a match or leaderboard.
- Protect the game from abuse, fraud, cheating, errors, and unauthorized access.
- Provide support, troubleshoot bugs, and improve reliability.
- Show and measure ads if ad features are enabled in the app.
Third-Party Services
SlaveFrog uses third-party services that may process information under their own privacy policies. These services may include:
- Google Play Games for Android sign-in and platform services.
- Meta/Facebook Login for Facebook sign-in and profile information.
- Nakama server technology for authentication, multiplayer, storage, and leaderboards.
- Google Mobile Ads or other ad services if ads are enabled in the app.
- Hosting providers used to operate the game server and website.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the game, provide login, multiplayer, leaderboards, ads, hosting, security, support, legal compliance, or when you intentionally display information in the game, such as your name, avatar, emotes, score, or rank.
Data Retention
We keep account, progression, leaderboard, and match-related data for as long as needed to provide the game service, maintain rankings, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security, debugging, and service operation.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your SlaveFrog account data by emailing icebub@gmail.com. Include your player name, login provider, and any player ID visible in the app if available, so we can locate the correct account.
If you connected with Facebook, you can also remove SlaveFrog from your Facebook account by opening Facebook Settings, choosing Apps and Websites, selecting SlaveFrog, and removing the app connection. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete all game-server data, so please email us if you also want server-side account data deleted.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect player information, including authenticated server access and restricted server-side credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
SlaveFrog is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and delete the information where required.
International Transfers
The game server, hosting providers, login providers, and ad providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using SlaveFrog, you understand that information may be processed where these services operate.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
